I started pilates in my own search for more strength and less pain. As a certified instructor with a strong background in bio-mechanics and movement anatomy I have over 20,000 hours of hands-on instruction and over two decades of practical experience and ongoing training and education. Through my education and experience, I developed a method that combines Pilates and Neuromuscular Retraining techniques to design workouts that will tone the whole body and strengthen the deep core muscles while improving overall strength, mobility and joint longevity. I use detailed instruction and precise cuing to guide you toward proper alignment and correct muscular activation in each movement and exercise so that you can move more freely and do more of what you enjoy – regardless of age, movement experience, limitations and fitness level.
