As a Prenatal & Postnatal specialist and a mom Clarissa understands firsthand the monumental changes the female body undergoes during and post pregnancy. Through my knowledge and experience, I’ve developed a method that combines deep core training, pelvic floor rehabilitation and functional fitness training that will keep you moving during pregnancy and help you get back to feeling like yourself post baby.
