  • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled appointment time, regardless of arrival. Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length. Half sessions are 25 minutes and available virtually only.

    Drop-in appointments are subject to availability, and the same time slot may not be available for future bookings.

    For group classes, a 10-minute grace period applies. After that time, your spot may be released to another participant.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours advance written notice through your online client account or by email. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a late cancellation and charged in full. No exceptions. This cancellation policy applies to private, semi-private, and group sessions.

  • Payment is required to confirm all session and class bookings. Drop-in sessions and packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange.

    Clients without a recurring appointment may purchase packages to book sessions in advance or pay per session as a drop-in.

    To reserve a recurring appointment time, clients must purchase a pre-paid package covering at least five weeks of sessions and maintain a valid credit card on file. Packages automatically renew for clients holding a recurring appointment in order to maintain the reserved time. By booking a recurring appointment, clients authorize the use of the credit card on file for these renewals. Recurring appointment times are held exclusively for the client and are not available for online booking. There is no long-term commitment. Recurring appointments may be paused or canceled at any time with advance written notice in accordance with the cancellation policy.

    Subscriptions auto renew every 5 weeks and can be paused or cancelled any time before next renewal date. Subscription billing dates are not adjusted for missed or late-canceled sessions. Appointments canceled via the online client account or by email within the 24hr cancelation policy will remain available for rescheduling within the same period.

    Unused drop-in sessions and 5-session packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Packages of 10 sessions or more expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited after the expiration date.

  • All services include strategic cueing, hands-on or verbal corrections (when applicable), and targeted programming based on each participant’s goals, needs, and stated limitations.

    Private Sessions are individually designed to address each client’s unique goals, movement patterns, and physical needs. Programming evolves as the client’s lifestyle, goals, or physical condition changes to ensure safety, continued progress and appropriate challenge.

    Semi-Private Sessions allow two to four participants to train together while still receiving individualized instruction. Each participant must register and pay separately for the same session time. While assistance with pairing may be offered when possible, it is the responsibility of participants to coordinate attendance and scheduling. A minimum of two participants is required.

    Group Classes are limited to a maximum of four participants. Instruction is tailored to the individuals present, with modifications provided as needed. A minimum of two participants is required for class to run. Advance registration is strongly encouraged but not required. All levels are welcome.

    Virtual Sessions are conducted via FaceTime or Zoom and are available in private and semi-private formats only. Equipment suggestions may be provided but are not required beyond an exercise mat. Clients are responsible for being available and prepared at the scheduled appointment time. Virtual group classes are not currently offered.

    On-Demand Library consists of pre-recorded exercise videos available to subscribing members for at-home or travel use. Access to the on-demand library must be purchased separately and consists of pre-recorded content intended for independent use. Live instruction, real-time supervision, or feedback is not provided and must be booked separately.

  • Exercise offers physical and mental health benefits but also involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, fatigue, strain, or injury. Clients are advised to consult with a physician before beginning this or any exercise program.

    By participating in sessions, clients acknowledge responsibility for monitoring their own physical condition. If pain, dizziness, or discomfort occurs during participation, exercise should be stopped immediately and medical attention sought as appropriate.
