Practice anytime, anywhere
I used to think that working out required an ideal time, place and setting. That worked really well in my 20s when I didn't have kids, work wasn’t really a priority and 7-8 hours of sleep felt optional. It took me a while to figure out how to workout consistently, eat well and get enough sleep while doing life without burning out or giving up. Once I broke away from waiting for that ideal moment and place I understood that any time is a good time, that all I really need is my body and that even10 minutes count. As an originally non believer in at home workouts, I’m a complete convert. Being able to workout from home on my own time gave me the freedom to prioritize daily movement and feel great in my body.
About the instructor
I started pilates back in 2003 in my own search for more strength and less pain. I fell in love with Pilates instantly for its ability to transform my body and what it’s capable of doing. Through the course of my experience as a Pilates instructor, now with over 20,000 hours of hands-on instruction and over two decades of practical experience and education, I’ve developed a method that combines the traditional Pilates principles with the latest in exercise science to make Pilates safer, more applicable and more effective to anyone looking to move well, feel strong and flexible now and later, regardless of movement experience, limitations or starting fitness level.
