I apply the Pilates principles with breath work and deep core integration to functional fitness exercises to create a healthier alternative to high impact, injury prone workouts, so that you can continue to improve your fitness, cardiovascular endurance, and strength with all of the benefits – like a healthy heart, bone density, caloric expenditure, stamina, muscular strength – and none of the bad (spinal compression, injuries, strain and tightness). The result is a fun and challenging workout with the best of Pilates, body weight strength training, active mobility flows and low impact cardio exercises with options for all levels of fitness and special conditions. We take time to set up and properly organize the body for each exercise, modify as needed, and then move through efficient sequences that flow from one movement to the other.
