I started pilates back in 2003 in my own search for more strength and less pain. I fell in love with Pilates instantly for its ability to transform my body and what it’s capable of doing. Through the course of my experience as a Pilates instructor, now with over 20,000 hours of hands-on instruction and over two decades of practical experience and education, I’ve developed a method that combines the traditional Pilates principles with the latest in exercise science to make Pilates safer, more applicable and more effective to anyone looking to feel strong and flexible at any age, regardless of movement experience, limitations or starting fitness level.
